Check for anything fragile nearby that could be affected by overspray, garden beds with delicate plants, outdoor light fittings, or any surface finishes that haven't been pressure washed before. Flagging these to the crew on arrival means they can adjust pressure and angle accordingly.
Finally, make sure water access and any gate or side access needed is unlocked and reachable ahead of time. It sounds minor, but it's one of the most common reasons a job takes longer than it needs to.
