These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Rich Clean Co.'s website and services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information supplied at enquiry. Final pricing may be adjusted if the property condition or scope differs materially from what was described, and will be confirmed with you before work proceeds.
Bookings & Access
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time. Delays caused by restricted access may incur a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.
Service Guarantee
Each job is checked against our internal completion standard before we leave site. If you're not satisfied with a result, contact us within 48 hours and we will assess and address the issue directly.
Liability
Rich Clean Co. carries public liability insurance. We take care to avoid damage during service, but are not liable for pre-existing wear, damage, or issues arising from surfaces or materials in poor condition prior to our visit.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at quote stage and are due as agreed at booking or on completion of works, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
