The Challenge

A 12-unit apartment block in Regional and Rural Victoria needed every carpeted unit steam cleaned ahead of a bulk tenancy turnover, on a tight two-day window coordinated with the property manager.

Our Approach

Two crews worked in parallel, pre-treating high-traffic areas and stains before full hot-water extraction across all units, with a documented sign-off photo for each unit.

The Result

All 12 units passed inspection on the first walkthrough, with the property manager now booking Rich Clean Co. for ongoing turnover cleans across their portfolio.
