It differs from a standard occupied clean mainly in scope, since nothing needs to be worked around, furniture, belongings or people, the crew can move through every room and surface systematically, which often makes it more thorough than a routine clean of a lived-in space.
It's worth booking whenever a property has been vacant for more than a few weeks, or ahead of new tenants or owners moving in, giving the space a genuinely fresh start rather than presenting it as it was left by the previous occupants.
